PACKING SPECIFICATION

Information we confirm before packing

Packaging is selected around the actual roll and transport plan. Providing these inputs early reduces repacking, label corrections and container-planning changes.

Roll constructionProduct type, basis weight or thickness, width, roll length, winding direction, core material and core diameter.
Surface protectionIndividual wrapping, end protection, moisture protection and any handling restriction for printed, coated or laminated surfaces.
IdentificationProduct code, batch or lot reference, roll label, barcode requirement, private-label artwork and carton or pallet marks.
Pallet planLoose rolls or pallet units, pallet dimensions, stacking direction, maximum unit height and destination-specific pallet requirements.
Container inputsEstimated order quantity, container type, allowable loading limits, destination and required commercial or packing documents.
